Orders paid before 15:00 leave the warehouse the same day for next-day delivery in Germany; remote areas take 2–3 working days. Public holidays shift this.
Within 14 days of delivery you may return unopened items; you pay return postage and we refund in full once the goods are intact. Submit the request on the returns page to get a label.
Yes. The VAT invoice is generated once the order ships: Account → Orders → download. Different billing details can be added by email after ordering.
Each product page lists ingredients in Chinese and German with allergens called out separately; the packaging is binding and we update pages when recipes change.
